Dear Customers,

I write my last newsletter for 2010 with great joy. With the addition of over 10 new teas' to the range and more coming it has been am excellent and joyful year for us. The entire Shah Family and the Kenteco team would like to wish all our customers and your families a happy and delightful festive season.. We hope the new year brings you happiness and helps you achieve your goals.

We have some wonderful Christmas hampers on offer this year.. Treat your loved one or friends to something different - A Kenteco Christmas Hamper. To ensure you get your order before Christmas, please order before the 20th December 2010. Any orders that are received on the 20th or after and need them delivered before Christmas will be posted via Express post and will incur and additional postage fee.

Tea Stix

Chai Banana Pudding

Ingredients
250gms butter
1 cup caster sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (over ripe will give best results)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Chai Powder

Lightly grease a deep round cake pan and cover the base with baking paper.
Beat sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time until fully combined.
Fold in sifted dry ingredients(Flour, Baking Powder, Chai Powder) and mashed bananas.
Pour mixture into greased cake pan.
Cook in a moderate oven at 180degrees for about 1 hour.
(Insert a skewer into the middle. If it comes out clean it's cooked!)
Stand for about 20 mins and then turn it out onto a plate.

Serve with warm custard or caramel sauce, decorate with whipped cream and sliced banana.
